How to view only accounts you follow on Instagram desktop.
Start with Instagram's own Following view. Add FollowFrame only when you want that chosen feed to remain visible as a separate Windows surface.
Use Instagram's native Following view first
- Open instagram.com and sign in normally.
- Open the Instagram feed selector when it is available and choose Following.
- Use that view when a normal browser tab is enough. Instagram controls its availability and ordering.
