How to view only accounts you follow on Instagram desktop.

Start with Instagram's own Following view. Add FollowFrame only when you want that chosen feed to remain visible as a separate Windows surface.

Use Instagram's native Following view first

Open instagram.com and sign in normally.
Open the Instagram feed selector when it is available and choose Following.
Use that view when a normal browser tab is enough. Instagram controls its availability and ordering.
